Reporting Overview
ROVR™ is TransCore’s Real-time Onboard Vehicle Report device with GPS, GSM communications, and unique ID. ROVR allows infrastructure-free tolling with optional driver safety monitoring features.
ROVR provides mobility benefits to the traveling public, creates revenue, and helps reduce accidents and lower green house gases - but costs nothing to deploy. TransCore’s ROVR suite of products include:
- HOT ROVR – ROVR technology enables tolling anywhere, in a matter of hours, with no infrastructure investment.
- Safety ROVR – ROVR technology monitors driver habits including: rapid acceleration, hard breaking, lateral acceleration, tilt/tipping, and speeding.
- Green ROVR – ROVR technology collects data that reflect the energy efficiency of your driving patterns.
- Fleet ROVR - Unlike other technologies that diagnose problems after they occur, ROVR tracks “leading” indicators – predictive operating characteristics and driving habits
