Maintenance Services – Software
TransCore specializes in providing the complete spectrum of software maintenance services for both internally-developed and third-party software – a unique capability that few other vendors are equipped to provide. Our reverse engineering services allow us to derive source code from executable code, provided there are no intellectual property rights barriers, to the extent required to place that code under TransCore maintenance management control.
Design and Consulting
We provide ongoing engineering and consulting, system development advice, evaluations of all vendors’ hardware or software products to determine what best fits your ongoing needs. We also provide the latest technology updates as part of the built-in cost of operations and maintenance.
Manufacturing Facility
TransCore’s Amtech® Technology Center is an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Its annual production capacity is 15 million tags and 15,000 readers. More than 21 million tags and more than 42,000 readers have been distributed worldwide.
Testing Facilities
Our multiple lane, full-scale, outdoor test sites located in San Diego, Calif.; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Dallas, Texas; and Harrisburg, Pa. These state-of-the-art facilities enable TransCore professionals to install, test, and perfect transportation hardware and software under real-life conditions. Vehicles are run through test lanes to perform stress testing to demonstrate and ensure the systems meet a throughput requirement of over 1,800 vehicles per hour, which are processed in dedicated automatic vehicle identification (AVI) lanes.
